It consists of approximately 40% carbohydrates, 35% proteins, 4–10% water, 5% lipids, and 5–15% other substances, such as amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antibiotics, and antioxidant substances
Our Bee Pollen is harvested by the Breyer family from the Iguaçu River Valley, where you can find some of the most impressive Araucária Rain Forests in the world.
How To Use It
We use Bee Pollen for topping smoothies, fruits, pancakes, and ice cream. You can also blend it in with smoothies, but we think it looks more delicious sprinkled on top.
