Cheese and Honey Pairing with Meg - Marmeleiro
We are so excited to introduce you to our friend Meg, from the popular Instagram @ainttooproudtomeg. Meg specializes in building beautiful cheese boards and we were lucky enough to work with her last Holiday season. She designed four boards featuring our 4 flagship Bee Seasonal honey varietals from Harvest 001 collection.

First Up: The Marmeleiro Board
Featuring our Brazilian Quince - Marmeleiro (Buy it on Amazon)
According to Meg, this honey is the "all-rounder" of the set. Meg has also told us before that Marmeleiro happens to be her favorite varietal. It is fairly mild and pairs well with a variety of cheeses. For this board, Meg chose aged Gouda and some goat cheese medallions. She garnished the board with camomile flowers and some physalis. She also added green olives, dried mandarins, pickles, persimmons, dried oranges, green apple slices, and candied pecans.
Meg's perfect bite for Marmeleiro is a cracker topped with goat cheese a slice of fresh persimmon, candied pecan, and honey. Another perfect bite is a rice cracker topped with a slice of salami, a slice of green apple, a cube of Gouda, and honey.
