We made this platter to feature our Eucalyptus honey which we love dearly! It pairs so beautifully with cheese. For this cheese board we made our own crackers by slicing home-baked sourdough baguette into very thin slices and then toasting them inside the oven until they become slightly crispy. We learned this trick from a cheese shop in Florida. We also made some homemade fig jam, using eucalyptus Bee Seasonal honey of course!! It turned out great. You'll also find some peppers stuffed with goat cheese, which we love drizzling with honey!
