The Honey
Silver Fir honey is a rarity. In the beautiful Upper Black Forest, bees collect the finest honeydew and nectar from the needles of the majestic silver fir trees and the leaves and blossoms of other trees and plants. From this, they prepare a finely tart, aromatic, and much-appreciated honey specialty. The aroma is elegant and has a distinctive spicy, delicate touch.
Taste: Malty, earthy with a resinous note
